We believe in education as an engine for change. We train young people with values, skills, and real opportunities, boosting Ecuador’s talent towards a future with greater equity, employability, and well-being.

About Us

The Educational Network of the Guayaquil Beneficencia Board, created in 2023, expands the social impact of the JBG, an institution with 137 years of service to the country, through an educational proposal focused on youth employability. Currently, the Educational Network consists of eight private institutions in the province of Guayas and continues to grow with the incorporation of new entities that share its commitment to quality and educational transformation.

Mission

To train free, responsible, and supportive young people with high levels of learning, human, and professional development.

Vision

To implement 16 vocational training colleges in a period of 4 years, with the support of the Ecuadorian-German Chamber of Industries and Commerce (AHK) and the NGO COPRODELI Peru.

This organization plays a key role in the certification of the German dual training system in our schools. In addition, it provides us with specialized advice through the participation of German experts in each career, thus strengthening the quality and international projection of our educational offer.

COPRODELI – Peru

Strategic ally in the development of our pedagogical model. Their advice contributes to enriching our educational practices and guarantees the implementation of international quality standards in the professional training we offer.

Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil

Thanks to this inter-institutional alliance, in 2025 the Freire Stabile Private Educational Unit, located in the Villamil Playas canton, becomes part of the JBG Educational Network, strengthening our presence in the region.

Diocese of Daule

Through this alliance, in 2025 the Narcisa de Jesús Educational Units (Nobol canton), Nuestra Señora de la Sabiduría (Lomas de Sargentillo) and Promesas Lucianas (Santa Lucía) were incorporated into our Educational Network, thus expanding our reach and commitment to quality education in more territories of the country.
